* Processing Time: Customised orders may require additional production and delivery time.
* Exchanges & Refunds: Customised or made-to-order products are not eligible for standard change-of-mind exchanges or refunds. However, this does not affect remedies required by applicable law, including for defective or incorrectly customised products.
* Changes & Cancellations: Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
